I am a smoker myself, and a hair stylist, so Im around smoke all day (everyone knows hairstylist smoke), I think you will find that if you quit, then that will greatly greatly up your chances of conceiving faster!!! I know it is hard, but I did it, cold turkey 3 months ago. It can be done, I have faith in you (especially if you are down to a day, which is great dont get me wrong) and yes there is a fertility drug you can go purchase at gnc. it has chasteberry in it, and something called vitex. anything you buy at gnc will be safe for you to take!!! my client is the manager at ours and he stands 100% behind his products!! he was going on and on and on about how much it has helped people. you just go in there and tell them you are looking for something to help boost your fertility, and basically get you pregnant faster and they will know right away what you are talking about. i also have another client who sells arbonne, and they sell a progestrone cream, which is just a hormoneal cream that you apply once a day in a different area each day i.e., wrist, innedr thigh, stomach, and so on. it will help to regulate your hormones to make your body the perfect enviroment for an egg to be fertilized and implanted. I would highly suggest these products, I have heard so many success stories on just the progestrone cream alone, but just think if you took them together!!! Chasteberry is a centuries old herbal treatment to aid in procreation. Wild yam is also a plus if taken after ovulation, if taken before ovulation it may prevent pregnancy. False unicorn root is an aid, but take only in moderation to avoid side effects such as hot flashes and upset stomach. A Chinese treatment Dong Quai is also an old traditional herb, but since it is a blood thinner, should not be taken during the menstrual cycle. Things to avoid: nicotine, alcohol and drugs. A small glass of red wine an hour before bedtime is acceptable. Since you already eating organic, your diet is healthy, just be sure to eat a balanced one.
At home I have a traditional Japanese herbal book. Next time you are there, take it home with you. It is in the gun cabinet drawer in the map room. Feel free to take any of the other herbal books also.
